BERGAMOT essential oil is a plant scent extracted by cold pressing the peels of bergamot fruit of 100% Citrus aurantium bergamia, Rutaceae. The country of origin of “MĖTA” bergamot essential oil is Sicily.

How to use:
For a refreshing, toning aromatic bath
5–9 drops per 100 l of water. Beneficial are lying, sitting, as well as hand or foot baths. Since essential oils are insoluble in water, it is convenient to mix them in a tablespoon of honey before pouring into the bath. Essential oils should not be poured into a hot bath, as they will evaporate quickly, the best water temperature is 36–37°C. Before the bath, you should take a shower, no detergents should be used in the aromatic bath, as they reduce the effectiveness of the procedure. It is advisable to stay in the bath for 10–20 minutes. After the bath, you do not need to pour water over yourself, but just wipe yourself lightly with a soft towel.
For massage
4 drops in 20g (2 tbsp) of essential oil. All essential oils should only be applied to the body diluted! For dilution at home, it is best to use essential oil – first cold pressed olive oil. The rule for essential oils is – less is more.
