Herbal extract blend for steam sauna lemon + rosemary | Mėta

Herbal extract blend for steam sauna lemon + rosemary ingredients: Birch leaf-bud extract*, juniper extract*, rosemary and lemon essential oils.

How to use: Shake the extract blend. Add 30ml of extract to a 7l bucket of hot water for soaking the sauna whisks. After mixing the mixture well, pour it little by little onto the heated stones. Massage the body with the whisks soaked in the mixture. It is not recommended to wash with synthetic soap or shampoo after the procedure. Do not add more extract than indicated. Do not pour undiluted extract onto the heated stones.

For a pleasant sauna ritual, we recommend using a herbal extract enriched with essential oils. The mixture of lemon and rosemary essential oils and extracts refreshes and relieves fatigue.
