Usage. Bee honey enriched with pine pollen is used in moderation. The daily dose is a teaspoon (preferably in the morning or first half of the day), try to keep it in your mouth as long as possible. Use for 21 days, then take a 21-day break and repeat the course.

Do not use for those who are allergic to conifers and their pollen.
