Mėta | Essential oil blend GIRAITĖ (GROVE) Ingredients: Natural lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), organic pine essential oil (Pinus sylvestris).

The essential oil blend has a very intense, pleasant, specific, soothing scent of coniferous forest and blooming lavender. The lavender essential oil originates from Spain, while the pine essential oil originates from Lithuania.

For centuries, lavender has been used for various purposes: to lift your mood or relax, as a cosmetic ingredient – perfumes, lotions, creams, etc. Due to its pleasant, calming scent, pine essential oil is used to aromatize: relaxation baths, sea salt, personal hygiene, saunas, and other products.

How to use:

For a relaxing aromatic bath

5–9 drops per 100 l of water. Beneficial are lying, sitting, as well as hand or foot baths. Since essential oils are insoluble in water, it is convenient to mix them in a tablespoon of honey before pouring into the bath. Essential oils should not be poured into a hot bath, as they will evaporate quickly, the best water temperature is 36–37°C. Before the bath, you should take a shower, no detergents should be used in the aromatic bath, as they reduce the effectiveness of the procedure. It is advisable to stay in the bath for 10–20 minutes. After the bath, you do not need to pour water over yourself, but just wipe yourself lightly with a soft towel.

For massage

9-10 drops in 20g (2 tbsp) of fatty oil. All essential oils should only be applied to the body diluted! For dilution at home, it is best to use fatty oil – first cold pressed olive oil. The rule for essential oils is – less is more.
