Dvaro kavos | Spiced tea “Calms me down”, 30 g. – The “Calms me down” tea has a very “chic” composition, which is complemented by hemp blossoms, spearmint, lemongrass, rosemary, lavender blossoms, and ayer root.

This tea is more suited for evenings after a hard day’s work, or for a slow morning at the start of a restful day.

Hemp is widely studied and appreciated for its calming, balancing effect on our nervous system. It relaxes muscles and reduces pressure. Lemongrass is known to reduce inflammation, improve digestion and help fight anxiety. Its mild lemon aroma enriches and combines the predominant scents in the blend. Rosemary, an ancient healer, has antiseptic and vascular-strengthening properties, while lavender flowers are useful for anxiety and insomnia. The aromatic aira root, which crowns this soothing bouquet, has a cleansing effect, restoring calm, improving metabolism and mental activity.

Due to the highly active compounds of the calamus root in this blend, this tea is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How to prepare:

Add 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup. Pour boiling water and steep for 7 minutes.
Especially delicious with honey. Enjoy!
